穿短褲就是「壞女孩」 高中服儀片激怒女學生：都2018年了耶
美國德州一所高中日前發佈影片，只見數名少女穿着短褲，露出修長的雙腿，而背景音樂是饒舌歌手M.I.A的「壞女孩」（Bad Girls），被警告後，她們甚至說了3遍「我不會再穿運動短褲。」校方本來是想借此規範學生的服裝，但許多人都質疑爲何特別要針對女性，明顯是歧視。
據BuzzFeed新聞報導，馬庫斯高中（Marcus High School）先前釋出爭議影片，內容可見少女們穿着短褲在大廳裡閒晃，接着她們被一名老師帶進小房間中，裡面全都是女生。老師則在黑板上寫着「我不會穿運動短褲」，並要位置上的女學生們重複3遍。

17歲的女學生莫林（Catherine Moring）17日在推特抨擊這段影片，她寫道，都已經2018年了，卻只有少女們被視爲違規者，顯然是性別歧視。她表示，背景音樂播放的是壞女孩，又找來一堆穿着運動短褲的女性拍攝，彷彿就是在說只要穿着短褲，你就是壞女孩，即使現在德州氣溫超高。
影片發酵後，校長斯凱爾頓（Will Skelton）則趕緊道歉滅火，他稱影片本意是提醒學生的衣着規範，但內容並不恰當，「我堅信，當你犯了錯誤時，你承認它，接着你道歉，你才能做對。」
