廣東省地產商會青委會專家分享交流會圓滿落幕

2019年7月25日，廣東省地產商會青委會專家分享交流會圓滿結束啦！這是青委會定期舉辦的思想宴系列活動的序幕！

On July 25, 2019, the expert sharing meetingof The Youth Committee of Guangdong Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (YCRE) wassuccessfully concluded. This is the prelude to the series of ideologicalbanquet activities held regularly by YCRE!

本次分享會在柏悅酒店66層Salon 5舉辦，來自北京的特邀專家就“地產下半場”議題進行分享；青委會吳瑞奇會長也回顧了青委會成立以來的工作，並分享自己勇於承接長輩的堅強信念，嚴格合規辦會，積極開拓青委會創新發展之路的決心。近50名青委會成員與特邀來賓濟濟一堂，在觥籌交錯間分享心得，交流感情，碰撞出青春的火花。

This sharing meeting was held at Salon 5,66th floor of Park Hyatt Hotel. Invited experts from Beijing shared the topicof "Real Estate: the Second Half". President Suki Wu reviewed thework of YCRE since its establishment, and shared her strong belief in thecourage to inherit from the predecessor, the determination to strictly run theyouth committee and actively explore the path of innovation and development of YCRE.Nearly 50 members of YCRE gathered together with specially invited guests toshare their experiences, exchange feelings and create a spark of youth.

PART 1專家分享 Expert Sharing

活動第一個環節由特邀專家曹海良老師（現任：中國機械工業經濟管理研究院產業園區發展中心執行主任，清華大學產業地產課題組組長，北京遠博仕業企管顧問公司創始人、首席顧問，山東鋼鐵地產集團董事等職）就《地產白金時代的視野戰略和責任》的主題進行了分享。

In the first part of the activity, expertCao Hailiang (currently: executive director of Industrial Park DevelopmentCenter of China Institute of Mechanical Industry and Economic Management, headof Tsinghua University Industrial Real Estate Research Group, founder and chiefconsultant of Beijing Yuanbo Industrial Management Consulting Company, directorof Shandong Iron and Steel Real Estate Group, etc.) shared the theme of"Vision, Strategy and Responsibility in the Platinum Era of RealEstate".

曹老師明確提出並分析了中國房地產產業下半場的發展趨勢和機遇，不同區域地產發展策略的差異性；以及產業轉型升級發展、供給側改革、一帶一路的風口帶動下地產行業的新模式。曹老師特別強調了產業+地產協同發展戰略的趨勢和落地案例分析，並詳細講解歐洲產業+地產成熟盈利模式的借鑑和國家相關政策。

Cao clearly pointed out and analyzed thedevelopment trend and opportunities of China's real estate industry in thesecond half of real estate and the differences in real estate developmentstrategies in different regions, as well as industrial transformation,upgrading and development, supply-side reform and the new mode of real estateindustry driven by the belt and road initiative's wind outlet.  Cao especially emphasized the trend of thecoordinated development strategy of  “industry + real estate” and the analysis oflanding cases, and explained in detail the reference of mature profit model ofEuropean “industry + real estate” and relevant national policies.

許多會員從曹老師的分享中敏銳地嗅到商機，在其後的交流中更是就如何落地推進和曹老師進行了溝通。老師也被青年企業家的熱情和投資魄力所感染，並表示歡迎大家以青委會的名義赴北京中國機械工業經濟管理研究院進行具體資源的嫁接、商討。

Many members keenly sensed the businessopportunities from Cao's sharing, and communicated with Cao on how to push itforward in subsequent exchanges. The expert was also influenced by theenthusiasm of the young entrepreneurs, and expressed his welcome for members ofYCRE to visit the China Machinery Industry Economic Management ResearchInstitute (Beijing) for grafting and discussing specific resources.

PART 2會長分享 President Sharing

第二個環節，先由秘書處代財務公司宣讀青委會成立以來的財務報告及計劃。隨後，吳瑞奇會長也對青委會的“過去”、“現在”、與“未來”作了個人的分享。會長首先從會員拓展和活動舉辦兩方面對青委會2019年上半年度的工作作出回顧與總結：“走近掌門人”系列活動、企業走訪、學習交流會、政府座談會、運動與慈善活動等各類活動豐富多彩。其後會長又解讀了青委會重新梳理後的文化理念系統，並特別感恩父輩堅守信念這一傳承的寶貴和偉大。

In the second part, the Secretariat read outthe financial report and plan of YCRE since its establishment on behalf of thefinance company. Later, President Suki Wu shared the "past","present" and "future" of YCRE from her perspective.  First of all, she reviewed and summarized thework of YCRE in the first half of 2019 from the aspects of member expansion andactivity organization. There are all series of activities, such as "GettingClose to the Leader", enterprise visits, learning and exchanging meetings,government symposiums, sports and charity activities, etc. President Suki Wualso explained the cultural concept system reorganized by YCRE, and showed herspecial gratitude for the precious and great inheritance of the predecessors'adherence to faith.

會長帶領大家喊出“活力、創新、超越、共享”的口號，並一起朗讀了青委會的願景“成爲粵港澳大灣區最具有影響力的青年精英企業家資源增值平臺”、使命“賦能催化會員，完成從傳承、創新、到發展的進步”以及價值觀“堅守信念、務實嚴謹、合作共贏、回饋社會、迭代創新”。

President Suki led everyone to shout out theslogan "Vitality, Innovation, Transcendence, Sharing" together, and readout the vision "to become the most influential platform for young eliteentrepreneurs in the great bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao to increasethe value of the resources", the mission "to enable and catalyzemembers to complete progress from inheritance, innovation and development"and the values "to stick to faith, to be pragmatic and rigorous, to cooperatefor win-win, to contribute to the society and to innovate iteratively".

青委會執行會長黃少麟先生、副會長陳何謙先生、副會長張智承先生均上臺發言，感謝會長的付出與貢獻。成員們紛紛表示將繼續支持與擁護會長，攜手同行，共創青委會的美好未來。

Marlon Huang, Executive President of YCRE, VicePresident Victor Chen and Zhang Zhicheng all took the floor, expressing theirgratitude for President Suki for her efforts and contributions.  Other members added that they would continueto support President Suki and work hand in hand to create a bright future for YCRE.

晚宴進入Party環節，Live Band天籟傳情，會員上臺互動，盡秀風采。

During the party time, the live band gave awonderful performance. Some members came to the stage to interact with eachother and showed their talents.

在特別環節“我與酒的故事”裡，部分會員不僅帶來了心儀佳釀，還分享了這一份美好背後精彩的樂章。

In the special session "The Story of Meand Wine", some members not only brought their favorite wines, but alsoshared the beautiful stories behind the bottles.
